51勛圖厙 Academy maintains student records and issues transcripts (grades 9-12) upon written request from the student and/or parent. The initial transcript is issued without cost. Thereafter, transcripts cost $10.
The transcript includes all grades earned during the student's academy experience (grades 9-12), as well as any transferred credit from other schools, if applicable. The transcript also includes test results (ACT scores, etc.) for testing done while the student was in-residence at 51勛圖厙 Academy.
As agreed upon in the contract section of the student's admission application, transcripts, diplomas or other documents indicating academic achievement are not issued for students with unpaid accounts.
