Hosted by 51�Թ�� University’s School of Business Administration, BEAR uses the award‑winning VEX IQ platform to teach mechanical design, programming and teamwork—building foundational skills that set students on the path to future STEM success. Hands‑On Learning: Every day features guided builds, programming sessions and robotics challenges. Small Teams: Limited to 20 students per week to ensure personalized attention. Expert Mentors: College‑level assistants coach each team in both hardware and code. Competition Prep: Graduates are ready to take on FIRST Robotics events. Community & Fun: Make new friends, collaborate on real‑world engineering problems and showcase creations in a final challenge. Q: Do I need prior robotics experience? A: No prior experience is required! Our curriculum starts from the basics and builds up. Q: What should students bring? A: Just their enthusiasm! We provide all tools, kits and supplies. All employees answering guest or degree questions will find the <a href="/global/consortium/globalcampuscatalog.pdf">2025–2026 Online Undergraduate Course Catalog</a> to be a comprehensive reference tool that conveniently tabulates all 51�Թ�� University offerings and includes courses available through our Adventist partner institutions: Advent Health University, Southwestern Adventist University, Pacific Union College and Walla Walla University. This catalog spans multiple disciplines, including business, communications, health and social sciences, mathematics and religion. Main Campus Undergraduate Advising Considerations: <ul> <li> Interactive online (970-999) sections allow international students to study and save U.S. students from the hassle of working out courses elsewhere.</li> <li> Online general education courses have enrollment restrictions during fall and spring semesters but not in summer; some departments maintain restrictions on major courses even during summer terms.</li> <li> Main campus students will pay $470 per credit for summer undergraduate interactive online sections other than the Seize the Summer set.</li> </ul> Seize the Summer Discounted General Education Courses: Main campus students can enjoy one or two "Seize the Summer" 8-week intensive courses running from June 9 to Aug. 1, 2025. These courses are offered at a reduced tuition of $220 per credit. Because these require 15 or more hours of study per week, they are not recommended for students working at summer camp or full time anywhere else.
